Our consulting project with Legal Aid developed a sustainable financing strategy as well as a communication strategy for a planned market entry. The primary target, the financing strategy, included delivery of a comprehensive list of funding options for the company, differentiated by type of funding, as well as implementation of the first steps steps of the funding strategy by drafting applications and organizing meetings. The communication strategy built upon a market entry strategy previously developed by 180DC Munich and included drafting specific posts as preparation.

Curious about what an exemplary research project could look like?

Our research project with the Technical University of Munich and the University of Geneva researched the differences between profit- and impact-driven ventures in terms of societal performance outcomes. The project was structured by first identifying the relevant research question, developing profiles for the startups, and contacting them to secure interviews and gather data for the research. The data was then synthesized to draw conclusions and present them to the university partners in a research report.
